This policy explains what Crush Muse collects when you use our website and Telegram bots, why we need it and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can and we never sell personal data.

Data we collect

• Telegram profile basics: your Telegram user ID, first name, username (if you have one) and language setting, so the bot can greet you and reply in your language.
• Conversation data: your recent messages with each character and a short automatic summary, so characters remember you. Older messages are replaced by the summary.
• Balance and purchases: your message balance, Premium or VIP status, and payment records (amount, currency, date, Telegram payment ID or Heleket order ID). We never see your card or wallet keys.
• Technical data: standard server logs (time, requested page, IP address and browser type) kept for security and troubleshooting.

The website sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers or advertising pixels.

Why we use it

To provide the chat and its memory, to process purchases and refunds, to keep the Service secure, to stop use by minors and abuse of our rules, and to understand overall usage in aggregate.

Who processes it

• Telegram delivers messages and Stars payments.
• AI model providers (through OpenRouter) receive the text of the conversation needed to generate each reply. We do not send your name or Telegram ID with it beyond what you type yourself.
• Heleket processes cryptocurrency payments.
• Cloudflare and our hosting provider carry the website and servers.

How long we keep it

Conversation data is kept while you use the Service and deleted when you ask us or after 12 months without activity. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting and anti-fraud rules require. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can object to processing. Write to support@crushmuse.com or @crushmusesupport on Telegram from your Telegram account or include your Telegram username so we can find you. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or UK) you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Adults only

The Service is not meant for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has used it, we stop the conversation and delete their data.
