Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crush Muse: the website at https://crushmuse.com, our Telegram bots and the related payment pages (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Crush Muse is
Crush Muse is an entertainment service that lets you chat with fictional characters played by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people. Their messages are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected. Nothing in the Service is professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
2. Eligibility
The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and allowed by your local law to use it. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we stop the conversation and may close access without refund.
3. Your use of the Service
You are responsible for what you write. You agree not to use the Service to create or request content that breaks our Content Policy, to harass anyone, to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell or automate access. We may limit, suspend or end access for any user who breaks these rules.
4. Free messages, packs, Premium and VIP
- Free messages: new users receive a number of free messages. We may change this number at any time.
- Message packs: each pack adds the stated number of messages to your balance. Unused messages do not expire while the Service operates.
- Premium: unlimited messages for 30 days from purchase. Premium bought with Telegram Stars as a subscription renews every 30 days until you cancel it in Telegram.
- VIP Lifetime: unlimited messages for as long as the Service operates, plus a single-use invite to our private members' channel and group.
- Members' channel: monthly access to a private Telegram channel while your subscription is active.
Prices are shown in the bot, on our pricing page and on the payment page before you pay. Payments are processed by Telegram (Telegram Stars) or by Heleket (cryptocurrency). Messages, Premium and VIP are digital services with no cash value; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee it. Telegram may restrict a bot; in that case we move you to a backup bot and keep your balance and history. Features, characters and prices may change.
6. Intellectual property
The characters, texts, images and software of the Service belong to Crush Muse or its licensors. You may use the messages you receive for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Crush Muse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service means you accept it. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
