Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back.

Message packs

Unused message packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you have already used part of a pack, we refund the unused part on request within the same 14 days.

Premium (30 days)

Premium can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have sent fewer than 30 messages since buying it. A Premium subscription paid with Telegram Stars can be cancelled at any time in Telegram; it then stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.

VIP Lifetime and members' channel

VIP Lifetime can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have sent fewer than 100 messages since buying it. Because it includes a private invite, a refunded VIP also loses channel and group access. Monthly channel access can be cancelled at any time in Telegram.

Always refunded

Duplicate payments, payments for a service we could not deliver, and charges made after a technical error on our side are always refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

• Telegram Stars: refunded in Stars to your Telegram account through Telegram's refund system.
• Cryptocurrency: refunded in USDT (or the coin you paid with, if you prefer) to a wallet address you give us, for the USD value of the purchase minus the network fee.

How to ask

Contact support@crushmuse.com or @crushmusesupport on Telegram with your Telegram username and, for crypto, the order ID from your payment page. We answer within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 7 days.
